- Report to Group Financial Controller on regular basis
- Oversee International Accounting function for entity based in UK, USA and India
- Completing small internal payroll
- Approval of staff expenses
- Posting appropriate journals
- Creating Inter company re-charges
- Completing balance sheet reconciliation
- Maintain management accounts on monthly basis
- Conduct system training of other staff
- Assist with Sales and Purchase ledger side if need be
- Complete GST reconciliations and returns
- Complete TDS
- Deal with raising sales order – all companies
- Deal with raising purchase orders – all companies
- Deal with expense claim, chase receipts and liaise with staff
- Process receipts for credit card statement and liaise with staff
- Deal with customer contract documents and sales order documents
- Deal with all freight invoices and chase documents from shipping companies when needed
- Assist with approaching new client for business growth
- Assist with any other ad-hoc admin duties.
