Job Title: Export House Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer to join our export house team. The ideal

candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience working in an export house environment and must

have graduated from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). As a Designer, you will play

a pivotal role in conceptualizing and creating designs that resonate with our target market and meet

the demands of our international clientele. You will collaborate closely with the design team,

production team, and other departments to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of

quality and design excellence.

Responsibilities:

 Meeting with the design and marketing teams to discuss packaging specifications and

confirm budgets.

 Evaluating market trends and analysing similar packaging designs.

 Ensuring packaging designs accurately represent the company's brand and ethos.

 Collaborating with graphic designers and copywriters to finalize packaging text and graphics.

 Completing final mock-up designs using computer modelling software.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field from the National Institute of Fashion

Technology (NIFT).

 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Designer in an export house environment, preferably

in the fashion industry.

 Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop,

InDesign) and CAD software.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of international fashion

markets and trends is desirable.

 Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for sourcing, production, and client

meetings, as required.
