Job Description

Job Summary:

The Accessories Manager is responsible for overseeing the selection, procurement, merchandising, and sales of accessories in line with the companys brand and customer preferences. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the profitability of the accessories segment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Selection & Procurement:

o Identify and source accessories that align with market trends and customer demand.

o Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

o Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage supply chain efficiency.

2. Merchandising & Display:

o Develop strategies to enhance product visibility and appeal.

o Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.

o Ensure in-store and online displays align with brand standards.

3. Sales & Customer Engagement:

o Train and guide the sales team on product features and benefits.

o Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.

o Gather customer feedback to refine product offerings.

4. Inventory & Stock Management:

o Maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory.

o Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate reporting.

o Coordinate with logistics teams for timely deliveries.

5. Market Research & Trend Analysis:

o Keep up with industry trends and competitor strategies.

o Recommend new product introductions based on customer insights.

o Implement pricing strategies to remain competitive.

Job Location: Chhattisgarh Region

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business, Electronic, Retail Management, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in accessories management, retail, or merchandising.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.

Preferred:

Experience in the electronics accessories, fashion, or automobile industry.
