Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic CRM Executive / Senior CRM Executives to contribute in generating business for our company. That will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships on the leads provided by the organization.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
2. Generating Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Funnel.
3. Answer questions about products or the company.
4. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
5. Enter and update customer information in the database
6. Counsel to the students with the expert knowledge.
7. Developing good relations between students, briefing the students about the offerings and guide them as per their requirements and needs.
8. Sharing the feedbacks, reviews or suggestions from the students to the Team lead for the better strategies and planning.
9. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
10. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Specific Skills: Good Verbal and Written Communication skills, Convincing and sales skills
Personal characteristics: Extrovert and Enthusiastic personality with good values of work ethics.

Qualifications: Minimum qualification is Graduation.
Experience: 0 to 2 Year experience For CRM And Above 2 years Senior CRM
Salary: No Bar for Good Candidate.
