Job Description

 Design specialized pedagogy based on Company's requirements.

Framework.

 Design activities, lesson plans, worksheets, and

evaluations on grade content.

 Adapt and modify the content for primary and middle

school based on the National Curriculum Framework.

Training  Train trainees in the pedagogy developed.

 Prepare Training materials, schedules and conduct

trainings.

 Curriculum testing and evaluation

 Act as a mentor for the trainees.

 Conduct field observations and modify training as

required.

 Train Master Trainers from partner organizations.

 Teaching and assessment of Special needs children

Strong oral and written communication in English

 Observation and Monitoring skills
