Preferred Qualifications:

Must know Bengali

Bachelors degree in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field.

Previous experience in academic counseling, career advising, or human resources management.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer.
