Academic Excellence Managers play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission - they directly work with teachers and
schools to ensure that our system is effectively implemented to achieve the desired learning outcomes.
We are looking for highly competent professionals who are excited by the idea of democratizing quality teaching tools and
techniques to students and teachers in Affordable Private Schools.
Responsibilities:
Support and monitor LEAD School academic system execution in partner schools.
Visit schools at regular intervals to train teachers, observe classrooms and ensure execution of the program.
Design training modules for teachers, coordinators, principals and conduct training sessions.
Analyze student performance data and design interventions with multiple stakeholders to improve student learning.
Requirements:
4 - 5 years of overall experience
Middle to High school teaching experience
TFI Alum:
2 years of fellowship
2 years of post-fellowship
Any other fellowship:
1-2 years of fellowship
2-3 years of post-fellowship
Other companies
2 years of teaching experience
3 years in an academic support role
Teachers/AC/Principals
5+ years of teaching experience
2+ years of managing teams
Qualifications:
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.
Ability and flexibility to travel 15-20 days in a month.
