About the Role:
In this role, you will be part of the leading Ed-Tech company's(Business Unit Learning Centres), wherein you would be taking charge on the student support and admission for the assigned center You would be responsible for conversion and enrollments, thereby generating revenue and providing service to the students while acting as an anchor between students and teachers. This role would be key in growing the business from grounds-up.
Key roles and responsibilities:
• Achieve designated admission targets of enrollments from the qualified sales leads
• Counselling students and parents about our courses and competition exams landscape
• Interaction with students and parents on routine basis for giving them BYJUS experience
• Clarifying doubts of students and parents
• Managing fee structure of different programs / batches
• Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes
• Liaison with head office for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers
• Liaison with academic lead for smooth student teacher relationship
• Handling assigned administrative responsibilities
• Listen to students concerns about academic, technical or social problems
• Help students process their problems and plan goals and action
• Mediate conflict between students and teachers
• Improve parent/teacher relationships
• Facilitate drug and alcohol prevention programs
• Organize peer counselling programs
• Track and report student performance at regular intervals
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in counselling profile. Preferred experience in Educational sector
• Self-motivated & Self-driven to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English & Hindi is must / Regional Languages is mandatory)
