Certification courses / IT courses / Skill Courses

Roles and Responsibilities

Attend and Make Customer calls and convert them into sales

Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases.

Research on different tools to increase sales or business opportunities.

Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing products.

Regular follow-up with new and existing customers.

Initiating phone conversations with Students who complete the demo classes.

Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle

Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like lead CRM, Email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls

Achieving the weekly targets in a performance-driven competitive environment

Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc

Ensuring the collection inflow in time & in compliance with the policy

Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill-building, and professional development classes.

Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.

Outbound and inbound account management and sales.

Minimum 6 Month Experience as an Academic Counsellor for IT/Certification/Skill Courses

Possess sound knowledge and understanding of Students/Professionals/Freelancers.

Are Keen to Learn and Upgrade Product Knowledge from time to time for better sales.

Enthusiastic and Willing to work Relentlessly for achieving and exceeding Business Targets

Have a good communication skills in English and Hind ,South Indian Regional Language (Preferred)
