We are a study abroad consulting company, helping Indian students to get admitted to good and high-ranking universities abroad. We are seeking an Academic Counsellor/Telecaller/On Phone Counsellor to join our team. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to guide and assist students in their journey of studying abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students and provide them with information about study programs, admission processes, scholarship opportunities, and other related information.

• Follow up with students via phone and email to ensure they have all the information they need and answer any questions they may have.

• Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding their study abroad options, based on their academic background, interests, and financial capacity.

• Help students complete their admission process, including application forms, essays, and letters of recommendation.

• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

• Keep track of all student interactions and maintain accurate records of student progress and communication.

• Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the study abroad industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Proven experience in outbound calling or tele-calling, preferably in the education sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
