As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll engage with potential customers over calls and emails to
promote our courses and help them get started with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers to understand their learning needs.
Convert leads into sales by explaining the benefits of our courses.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM.
Work with the marketing team to follow up on leads.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Follow up with existing leads to nurture relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree.
0-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service (education tech experience is a
plus).
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
