Job Title: Student Counsellor & Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Guide students in course selection via phone or in-person consultations.

Conduct daily outbound and follow-up calls with prospective students and parents.

Build rapport to convert enquiries into admissions.

Identify references to expand the sales pipeline.

Address queries and concerns, providing tailored advice.

Schedule and conduct structured counselling sessions via phone or video.

Utilize strong counselling skills to drive admissions, clarifying doubts and queries.

Manage objections and negotiate prices to drive revenue.

Salary offered: Upto 5LPA

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree.

Prior career counselling experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Understanding of customer behavior.

Willingness to learn and upgrade skills to achieve sales targets.

Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Ambitious, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
