Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and result-driven Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide career counseling to MBA aspirants, guiding them through various career opportunities in management. The role involves explaining Stalwart Careers' courses and converting leads into enrollments. Key Responsibilities:
Counsel and guide students about career opportunities in MBA and management fields.
Provide complete details about Stalwart's courses and help students choose the right program.
Address student queries related to exam preparation, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
Convert prospective students into admissions by explaining the benefits of our courses.
Follow up with potential students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct seminars, webinars, and career counseling sessions.
Stay updated with the latest trends in MBA entrance exams and admission processes.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 0-5 years in student counseling, education sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and sales skills to convert leads into enrollments.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
