We seek an Academic Counselor with the ability to efficiently transform leads into enrolled students. The

role of an Academic Counselor involves furnishing prospects with details and counsel regarding our coaching

programs, course selections, admission prerequisites, fee structure, and the benefits of enrolling at Stalwart

Careers. The Academic Counselor ensures lead follow-ups and assists students through the admission procedure to

ensure a seamless transition to our course.

Key Responsibility:-

• Offer one-on-one Counseling to prospective students/ their parents, providing valuable information

about our courses.

• Address inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.

• Efficiently convert potential leads into enrolled students by streamlining the admission process.

• Building a relationship of trust and respect with students.

• Responsible for generating leads through calls /emails / in person.

Candidates Requirements:-

• Proven work experience as an Academic Counselor or similar role.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate and updated records concerning student performance.

• Understanding of institutional policies, procedures, and resources.
