Job Description

- Provide academic counseling to students, offering advice on course selection, career paths, and overall academic planning.

- Help students identify their strengths and weaknesses, guiding them in choosing the right programs and subjects based on their interests and skills.

- Advise students on potential career opportunities related to their field of study.

- Help students align their academic pursuits with long-term career goals, providing insights into job trends, required skills, and emerging industries.

- Assist students with the academic planning process, ensuring they are on track to meet graduation requirements.

- Track student progress through their academic journey, providing interventions when students are struggling academically.

- Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and group counseling sessions focused on study skills, time management, exam preparation, and other relevant topics.

- Create and distribute informational materials for students, including program guides, FAQs, and other resources that assist with academic decisions.

- Serve as a liaison between students and faculty, ensuring clear communication between both parties.

- Assist students in resolving academic-related conflicts, including disputes over grades or course performance.

- Help students access resources such as financial aid, scholarships, and academic accommodations for disabilities.

- Continuously update personal counseling techniques to reflect changes in the educational landscape.
