- Conduct orientation sessions for new students, introducing them to the academic environment, available resources, and institutional policies.

- Advise students on exam preparation strategies, offering advice on study schedules, exam techniques, and managing academic stress.

- Offer career counseling services, helping students understand how their academic choices can impact their professional goals.

- Track and monitor students' academic progress throughout their studies, identifying students who may be at risk of falling behind or facing academic difficulties.

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with students, faculty, and other departments to ensure that students needs are addressed in a timely manner.
