Designation: Academic Coordinator

Job Description:

Liaise with teachers and assists in the formation of daily time-table.

Ensure there are enough teachers available to take the classes.

Have an eye over the data of students keeping information of all batches.

Provide all relevant information regarding the classes to the director, administrator and adjust the daily classes schedule.

Develop an understanding of the subjects and test ecosystem.

Assists with HR in the conduct of selection of employees.

Foster a positive spirit amongst all teachers and encourage them to be punctual in classes.

Maintain a good relationship with parents and guardians of students.

Regular meeting with teachers to discuss the performance and provide feedback.

Arrange Parents Teachers Meetings (PTMs) regularly.

Encourage maximum participation from the club’s coaches.

Liaise with other Committee members regularly.

Have a sound understanding of the club’s rules and regulations.
