Roles & Responsibilities-:

Supplying quality content in their stream.

To track the challenges that appear on our Q&A.

Responsible for giving the solution to the query which will appear on the portal.

Determining whether technical solutions meet defined requirements.

Maintaining and updating the daily tracker.

Support the client queries on a real-time basis.

Skills Required-:

Preferably have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in their respected subject of expertise.

Knowledge of MS Office.

Excellent Proficiency in English language.

Exceptional mentorship abilities to implement technical solutions.

Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert.

Ability to identify & solve problems.
