Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Academic Consultant. As an Academic Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic pursuits. You will work closely with students to identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop personalized plans to help them achieve their goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs to support the professional development of teachers and staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Psychology, or a related field

Experience working in the education field (teaching, counseling, consulting, or similar).

Demonstrated understanding of academic assessment tools and strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation abilities

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience in conducting training sessions for teachers and other staff.

Fluency in English must require.

Salary - 25k - 28k in hand + Great Incentives
