Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems, including split systems, packaged units, central air systems, and ductless mini-splits.

Conduct thorough inspections of AC units to diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements of components.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical connections, to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.

Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex AC problems and implement effective solutions.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while handling electrical systems, refrigerants, and hazardous materials.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their AC needs, explain repair options, and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts inventory.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.

Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in air conditioning systems.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction with the quality of work performed.
