Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Installations and Repairs:
Work under the supervision of senior AC technicians to assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems.
Assist in assembling, disassembling, and positioning HVAC equipment as directed.
Handle tools and materials under guidance to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Learn and Develop Technical Skills:
Acquire knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and operating principles through on-the-job training and mentorship.
Develop basic diagnostic skills to identify common AC issues and assist in troubleshooting under supervision.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical competencies and understanding of HVAC practices.
Support Maintenance Activities:
Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks on AC units, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and lubricating moving parts.
Learn to conduct basic inspections to identify potential problems and ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling tools, equipment, and materials.
Follow safety procedures to protect oneself and others from potential hazards associated with HVAC work.
Communication and Collaboration:
