We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Abandoned Cart Specialist who will be responsible for proactively reaching out to the customers who have abandoned their online shopping carts, with the goal of encouraging them to complete their purchase. This role involves using excellent communication and persuasive skills to engage customers, address their concerns and the ability to empathize while effectively promoting the benefits of the products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Customer Engagement: Conduct 80-100 outbound calls daily for purchase completion.
2. Issue Resolution: Expertly handle inquiries on abandoned cart items.
3. Product Knowledge: Cultivate in-depth product knowledge for effective communication.
4. Campaign Oversight: Execute meticulous eligibility checks.
5. Documentation Process: Maintain daily reports and providing insights for optimization.
6. Collaborative Endeavours: Work with marketing for campaigns and coordinate with other departments to improve conversions.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Proven experience in customer service or sales.
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Familiarity with e-commerce & CRM platforms.
4. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
JOB DETAILS:
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Work Mode: Remote/Hybrid in Mumbai
Compensation: ₹18, - ₹22, per month
