Job Description

General Administration (Maintaining office & Accommodation MOU, Policies, statutory requirements, office automation & communication management, office general stationery management, office transportation management) Invoice / bill processing with proper approvals and in timely manner

Handling meetings, external guests and employees at office.

Procurement of office related materials, stationery, laptop, etc.

Petty cash management

Managing Outstation & Local Travel arrangements, end to end coordination with travel desk for Ticket and hotel bookings.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

Negotiate lower pricing

Search and source potential suppliers and vendors

Track, measure and analyze company expenditures

Store Inventory control and management as per SOP

Maintaining records of stock distributed & available on hand

Returning defective material & following up for replacement

PO and Inventory & Issue PO / WO wrt Misc items
