Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Pocket Lane Operator to join our manufacturing team in Saudi Arabia. As a Pocket Lane Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, operating and maintaining pocket-setting machinery to ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of garments. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality clothing items that meet our company's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Operate pocket-setting machinery, ensuring proper setup, alignment, and calibration for accurate pocket placement on garments.

Quality Control: Regularly inspect and evaluate pocket placement for consistency and accuracy, making necessary adjustments to maintain the quality of finished products.

Material Handling: Load and feed fabrics and pockets into the machine, monitoring the process to prevent jams, misalignment, or other issues that could affect production.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the pocket-setting machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs to ensure optimal functionality.

Production Targets: Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets while adhering to quality standards.

Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot any technical or mechanical issues that may arise during machine operation, resolving them promptly to minimize downtime.

Reporting: Keep accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any maintenance tasks performed.

Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating pocket-setting machinery or similar equipment in a garment manufacturing setting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting pocket-setting machinery, with the ability to handle adjustments and minor repairs.
