About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our growing team and play a vital role in bringing our residential developments to life. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and renderings that showcase the beauty, functionality, and appeal of our properties for marketing and sales purposes.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into stunning 3D visualizations.
● Develop detailed and accurate 3D models of residential buildings, interiors, and surrounding landscapes using specialized software (., Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp).
● Apply realistic textures, lighting, and materials to create high-fidelity renderings that capture the essence of the designed space.
● Create 360� panoramic views and virtual tours to provide immersive experiences of the properties.
● Prepare high-resolution images and animations for use in marketing materials (brochures, websites, social media), presentations, and sales pitches.
● Stay up-to-date on the latest 3D visualization software and rendering techniques.
● Maintain a well-organized library of 3D assets and textures for efficient project
execution.
● Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient 3D visualization
workflows.
