About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our growing team and play a vital role in bringing our residential developments to life. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and renderings that showcase the beauty, functionality, and appeal of our properties for marketing and sales purposes.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into stunning 3D visualizations.

Develop detailed and accurate 3D models of residential buildings, interiors, and surrounding landscapes using specialized software (., Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp).

Apply realistic textures, lighting, and materials to create high-fidelity renderings that capture the essence of the designed space.

Create 360 panoramic views and virtual tours to provide immersive experiences of the properties.

Prepare high-resolution images and animations for use in marketing materials (brochures, websites, social media), presentations, and sales pitches.

Stay up-to-date on the latest 3D visualization software and rendering techniques.

Maintain a well-organized library of 3D assets and textures for efficient project

execution.

Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient 3D visualization

workflows.
