Highly talented in visualizing, conceptualizing & designing, articulate in PPT. Having experience in corporate offices for conceptual design, working drawings, presentation drawings and co-ordination at site. Candidates having acumen not only for design and co-ordination but also having flair for independently handling projects preferred. He/she shall also be having a positive attitude towards team work, excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and first rate interpersonal skills at all levels. Strong Team leader and Team player but able to work on own initiative.

Know how of materials & concepts. Understanding Briefs and be able to think and give form to strong creative ideas. Conceptualization of designs/visual identities from scratch. Producing high quality Photo-realistic 3ds-Max renderings of interior spaces. Should have a creative bent of mind. Should have in depth knowledge of proportions. Should be a highly motivated self-starter. A strong understanding of corporate branding guidelines. To provide creative input and concept development for internal/external campaigns and projects. To cultivate, develop and liaise the relationships with internal and external design/production/reprographic agencies.

Expert in AutoCAD, 3DMax, VRay & Photoshop preferred.

A passion for Interior rendering with an Interior Design background

The capability to transfer ideas & concepts into interior designs Should have the ability to conceptualize and execute layouts from the brief given within a stipulated timeframe.

Should be open to travelling, even out of Mumbai
