Key Responsibilities:

�� Develop detailed 3D models for architectural and interior designs using V-ray/Sketchup.

�� Create lifelike textures and materials for photorealistic visualizations.

�� Interpret and modify AutoCAD drawings when necessary.

�� Import and optimize SketchUp models

�� Collaborate closely with the design team to realize architectural concepts.

Requirements:

�� Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural visualization (2+ years preferred).

�� Proficiency in Sketchup and V-ray Renderer, with a focus on photorealistic lighting and materials.

�� Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.

�� Hands-on experience importing and optimizing SketchUp models

�� Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

�� Excellent communication skills.
