Job Title: Architectural 3D Visualizer

Location: Bhandup West ,Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time 10 am 6 pm

About Us: We are an Architectural Design studio specializing in designing luxury villas,

residential and commercial interiors.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Architectural 3D Visualizer with at least 1 year of

experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has expertise in creating realistic 3D

models and renderings using software like 3ds Max or SketchUp, helping to bring our

architectural concepts

Key Responsibilities:

3D Modeling: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural projects,

including interior and exterior elements, landscapes, and surrounding

environments.

Rendering: Produce high-quality renderings, walkthroughs, and visualizations

that showcase the project's design and features in a realistic manner.

Software Proficiency: Use 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools to design and

render projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and other team members

to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback.

Post-Production: Utilize tools like Photoshop or other image-editing software to

enhance renderings, adjusting lighting, textures, and other visual elements as

needed.

Document Management: Maintain an organized record of project files,

revisions, and renderings.

Qualifications:

Education: Any certification in 3D Design, or a related field.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in 3D modelling or architectural

visualization.

Technical Skills: Proficient in 3ds Max or SketchUp, with additional skills in

Photoshop or other post-production software.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and detail, ensuring accurate and

realistic visualizations.

Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into visually

appealing designs.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
