Introduction: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior 3D Lighting and Render Artist to join our creative team. This role is key in ensuring the visual quality and realism of our 3D projects, including games, films, animations, or virtual environments. As a Senior Lighting and Render Artist, you will be responsible for creating, refining, and executing the lighting and rendering of scenes, ensuring a compelling visual atmosphere that enhances the overall storytelling and aesthetic quality of the production.

Key Responsibilities:

Lighting Design & Implementation: Develop and execute the lighting for scenes, environments, and characters, ensuring the correct mood, tone, and visual style in alignment with the overall artistic vision and creative direction of the project.

Rendering: Set up and execute high-quality renders, ensuring they meet the required technical standards for post-production, animation, or real-time use. Optimize render settings for efficient processing while maintaining visual integrity.

Scene Composition: Work collaboratively with 3D modelers, texture artists, and compositors to ensure the final scene layout and lighting create a visually cohesive and appealing composition.

Requirements:

Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience with 3D Character Modeller(Senior Artist)

Proven experience as a 3D Character Modeler in gaming, film, or animation production.

Proficiency with 3D modeling and sculpting tools such as Software Blender,
