Designing Trade Shows, Events and Exhibitions

Visualizes and illustrates event designs from conceptual mood board to the final output, as well as detailing the event narrative in a storyboard format

Working with team, discussing over exhibition stand design and drawing sketches of display.

Calling clients and recommending change or modifications in the exhibition design.

Inspecting event site and identifying possibility and scale of design that can be created.

Coordinating and negotiating with vendors for timely arrangements.

Provide coaching to the account/ client teams throughout the design process to shape their inputs/ content in line with the technology and ethos of the center.

Provide quality control over the design work for any brand work.

Project management expertise including developing schedules, scope and fee, team management and coordination and client communication.

Ensured fulfillment of contracts by liaising clients and operations departments.

Managing art production and production installation.

Well versed with 3D-Max or any other graphic designing software.

Experienced in Coral draw or Photoshop.
