Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, manage and organize references used for modeling
• Prepare layers expected by the compositing team
• Establishes looks and/or follow set style direction
• Solves design and/or effect challenges for key visual effects shots
• Collaborates with other compositors to ensure shots are delivered to highest standard and on schedule
• Renders and check the quality of rendered pictures
• Ensure that the final product aligns with the needs of the client
• Need to maintain and complete the schedule and quotas given
• Deliver work within established project targets and the high-quality standards of the company
Skills and Experience:
• Ability to create both organic and hard surface 3D models
• Good understanding of the subtleties of modeling, the texture of surfaces, the lighting of 3D creations
• Ability to seamlessly bed an effect into a scene
• Good knowledge of Maya, Arnold 3DS Max and Photoshop
• Houdini knowledge is an advantage
• Familiar with VRay, Z Brush, Houdini, Nuke and/or Fusion, particle simulation, and scripting
• Ability to quickly move from one task to another
• Ability to cope under pressure
