We are seeking a skilled and creative individual proficient in Unreal Engine and 3ds Max to join our team as an Architectural Visualization Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating immersive interior and exterior architectural walkthroughs for real estate or similar industries.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Unreal Engine to create high-quality, realistic architectural visualizations for both interior and exterior spaces.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate concepts into captivating visual representations.

• Create and manipulate 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials within 3ds Max to achieve desired visual aesthetics.

• Optimize assets and scenes for real-time rendering in Unreal Engine, ensuring optimal performance and visual fidelity.

• Develop interactive experiences and virtual tours that showcase architectural designs and spaces.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in rendering technologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of visualizations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Unreal Engine, including Blueprint scripting and material creation.

• Strong skills in 3ds Max for modeling, texturing, and rendering.

• Experience in creating realistic lighting and atmospheric effects.

• Solid understanding of architectural principles and design aesthetics.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking direction and feedback effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Portfolio showcasing previous work in architectural visualization, highlighting interior and exterior walkthroughs created using Unreal Engine and 3ds Max.
