· Proficiency in animation, compositing and motion capture is a plus.

· Preferably familiar with Blender but should also do Animation when necessary.

· Work on all facets of 3D pipeline on multiple projects with tight deadlines, includes modelling, Texturing, animating, lighting, render management and composting.

· Work to meet deadlines within busy production schedules.

· Managing and guiding other artists, both creatively and technically.

· Identify opportunities to share knowledge and educate others in the production process.

· Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

· Intelligent enough to understand the content and come up with storyboards to convey the meaning most efficiently.
