Position: Microsoft 365 Migration and Device Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute tenant-to-tenant migrations for Microsoft 365, including email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.

Configure the new Office 365 tenant, including licenses, compliance policies, and security settings.

Lead the migration process using tools such as BitTitan, Quest, or equivalent.

Configure devices with new credentials and integrate them into the new tenant using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).

Design and deploy MDM and MAM policies for secure device management and application control

Role-Based Access controls (RBAC) assignments for different Intune role.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to migration, device configuration, and user access.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner.

Plan and implement infrastructure changes to support business needs.

Handle hardware and software installation, updates, and patches.

Provide training and create documentation for end-users and internal teams to ensure smooth transition and adoption.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Microsoft 365 tenant migration projects.

Hands-on experience with migration tools (., BitTitan, Quest).

Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device configuration and management.

Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).

Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100, MD-101).

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.

Experience:

3-5 years in a similar role, specializing in Microsoft Office 365 migrations and device management.
