• Identifying and adapting the graphical style from the given references.

• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

• Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Hitfilm, and Adobe) and also can be able to learn and adapt new softwares like Inkscape and Gimp will be a plus.

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

• Knowledge of animation principles, a reel to demonstrate the same.

• Clear understanding of proportions is mandatory.
